Miranda F. is an accomplished People and Culture professional with extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at FMG since March 2024, Miranda previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency, and as an Advisor in People & Culture for Ombudsman New Zealand. Prior roles include HR Operations at the Government Communications Security Bureau and several positions at the Victorian Ombudsman, including People and Culture Advisor. Miranda's earlier career includes roles at the Department of Justice and Regulation in Victoria, Australia, and consultant positions at Madison Recruitment. A graduate of Victoria University of Wellington with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, Miranda also holds a certificate in Sport and Recreation from WelTec.
