Stephanie White

Stephanie White currently serves as the Hautū People and Culture at Education Payroll – Rārangi Utu ā-Mātauranga since February 2024, having previously held the position of Principal Advisor, Leadership at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand for a brief period. Prior to these roles, Stephanie was the Head of People, Leadership and Facilities at Education Payroll, and the Manager of Organisational Development at the New Zealand Defence Force. Additional experience includes significant roles in organisational development at various government agencies, such as a Senior Organisational Development Advisor at the Ministry for the Environment and a Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Health NZ. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Organisational Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology with clinical papers, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology, all obtained from Massey University.
