Marc Lalonde is an accomplished bilingual public affairs officer with extensive experience in communication and operations management. Currently serving at the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) since April 2007, Marc leads teams and develops communication materials to enhance EQAO's information services. Prior roles at EQAO include manager of operations (interim) and various communications positions. Marc's earlier experience includes roles at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, where customer service skills were honed, as well as director at Sylvan Learning Centre, focusing on operational oversight. As a self-employed event coordinator, Marc successfully managed over 200 events, demonstrating strong planning and marketing abilities. Marc's professional foundation is supported by degrees from Queen's University, George Brown College, and Ryerson University, emphasizing communication and event management.
