Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO)
Nelson Mauricio Palacio, PhD has extensive experience in policy analysis and statistics, with a focus on immigration and settlement. Nelson Mauricio has worked in various roles at the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration and currently serves as a Senior Policy Analyst at the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO). Additionally, Nelson has a diverse educational background, including a Ph.D. in Policy Studies from Ryerson University. In their past roles, Nelson Mauricio has conducted research on immigration and settlement in Quebec and has been involved in projects related to immigrant employment integration into the labour market.
