Regina Hillis

Regina Hillis has over 15 years of work experience in the education sector. Regina has worked at the Education Service Center, Region 20 since 2010, starting as an Educational Specialist and progressing through various roles, including Coordinator, Project Manager, and Component Director. Regina is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked as an Instructional Facilitator at Bandera ISD from 2006 to 2010.

Regina Hillis holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Schreiner University. Regina also earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Education with an emphasis in Reading from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
