Faye McGuinness is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and workplace wellbeing. Currently serving as the Director of Programmes at Education Support, Faye has previously held significant positions at Mind, where responsibilities included Head of Workplace Wellbeing Programmes and Programme Manager. Additional roles include Senior Service Delivery Manager at Victim Support, Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at BVS Training, and leadership positions at The MedicAlert Foundation. Faye's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Visual and Performing Arts from Westminster Kingsway College, complemented by foundational education at Parliament Hill Secondary School.
