Jared Allen

Jared Allen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital programmes and facilities management. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Programmes at Manchester City Council since April 2018, Jared manages a diverse portfolio of capital works valued at approximately £130 million annually. Prior roles include Director at Turner & Townsend and Senior Executive Director of Estates and Facilities Management at the University of Chester, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and management of physical resources to support institutional priorities.
