Ginger Reynolds is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in transforming education systems to prioritize students and communities. Currently serving as the Owner of Ginger Reynolds Consulting, LLC since July 2024, Ginger focuses on innovative practices and technologies to enhance educational opportunities. As a Senior Fellow at the Education Systems Center at NIU since April 2020, expertise in program management and continuous improvement is provided. Previous roles include Director of the Chicago Teacher Partnership Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Chief Officer of Research, Evaluation, and Accountability at Chicago Public Schools, and Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning at the Illinois State Board of Education. Ginger holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Policy Analysis from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

We foster collaborative partnerships to design, implement, and evaluate policies and practices that ensure successful transitions to and through postsecondary and career opportunities for students, with a particular emphasis on historically marginalized populations.
