Rayan Aldhuwayhi, PMP®, currently serves as a Business Strategy & Project Management professional at the Education & Training Evaluation Commission since September 2024. Previously, Rayan worked at Arabian Oud as a Business Development Specialist from February 2019 to November 2024, where a multi-faceted social impact program was established, addressing critical needs through five initiatives. Additionally, Rayan held the position of Business Operations Analyst at Arabian Oud, developing operational strategies for over 800 sales representatives by designing efficient processes and defining KPIs. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Intern at THIQAH Business Services, where practical skills were reinforced, and co-founding Mezaah, a startup focused on organizing events and exhibitions. Rayan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from King Saud University, earned in 2018.

Education & Training Evaluation Commission
The Education and Training Evaluation Commission was established in 1438 AH in accordance with the council of ministers’ decree no. 120, as a governmental entity that is independent both legally and financially. Organizationally, the commission reports directly to the prime minister. The organization of the commission in its new entity was issued in 1440 AH in consistence with the council of ministers resolution no. 108 for the purpose of strengthening its mission as a specialized authority to evaluate, measure, and accredit qualifications in the field of education and training for public and private sectors as well as to raise their quality, efficiency, and their contribution to the service of the economy and national development in coherence with the kingdom's vision 2030.
