Jocelyn Oswald has extensive experience in program management and student services, currently serving as Program Manager at Education Travel & Culture since 2004 and at AFS-USA INC from 2004 to 2010. In the role of Student Services Manager, Jocelyn supervised a team of seven employees, managed daily operations, and played a pivotal role in departmental transitions. Previous positions included Senior Sending Advisor and Admissions Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed training staff, liaising between advisors and management, maintaining relationships with volunteers, and guiding students through the application process. Additionally, Jocelyn worked as an English Teacher in Queretaro, Mexico. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon.
