Kate Williamson

As Senior Vice President for Human Resources and Chief People Officer, Kate Williamson oversees the development, strategic growth, and well-being of the enterprise’s workforce and is responsible for human resources planning to position ECFMG|FAIMER as an employer of choice.

She is responsible for the administration of staffing structures, employment policies and practices, regulatory compliance, employee engagement programs, human resources information systems, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Before joining ECFMG|FAIMER, Ms. Williamson served as a Human Resources Executive at PHH Mortgage and Campbell Soup Company. She earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rowan University. She is active in several volunteer organizations including CLARIFI, a credit counseling and debt relief service; and Impact100 Philadelphia, a women’s philanthropic giving circle.
