Kushark Jaiswal

Kushark Jaiswal has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kushark started their career as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman at karROX Technologies Ltd. in 2004. Kushark then progressed to roles such as Manager of International Business Development, Senior Manager of International Business, and Deputy General Manager of International Business at the same company. In 2012, Jaiswal joined Edulight Learning Services Private Limited, where they served as the Head of International Business, focusing on education business development in Africa, the Middle East, and Asian markets. Kushark was responsible for franchise/partner network development, international collaborations, and channel management. In 2016, Jaiswal became the Director of Skills Development Projects at Holistic Corporate Services Private Limited, where they played a key role in setting up and managing skill development ventures under the Skill India programs. Kushark also worked closely with various government bodies and skill development initiatives. In 2015, Jaiswal founded KAVIAAN Global Trades Private Limited, where they provided consulting services to organizations in skill development, government projects, startups, and business strategies. Recently, in 2018, Jaiswal joined Educational Initiatives as the Vice President of International Development, focusing on expanding the company's business in Southeast Asia, the GCC region, and Africa, as well as supporting initiatives in the USA. Kushark Jaiswal completed their education in a chronological order. Kushark first obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree in Commerce from Christ Church College in the years 1996 to 1999. Kushark then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur between 1999 and 2002. Lastly, they attended TAPMI Manipal from 2002 to 2004 to complete a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDEM) with a specialization in Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kushark also holds additional certifications. In 2014, they received a Certified Trainer - ISP and RSA certification from the Telecom Sector Skill Council. In 2011, they obtained a certification in Enhancing Personal Productivity from LMI India, Leadership Management International.
