Ritesh Agarwal

Ritesh Agarwal's work experience has been in various roles and industries. Ritesh started their career as a Junior Creative Associate at Cine Darbaar, where they organized film festivals, wrote scripts, managed corporate communications, and conducted workshops on film appreciation. Ritesh then worked as a Program Monitor and Gandhi Fellow at Kaivalya Education Foundation, focusing on improving the quality of learning in schools. After that, they worked as a Strategy Consultant at Ashoka University, where they designed operations plans and strategies for social enterprises and philanthropists. Ritesh then joined ConveGenius Group as an Assistant Vice President, contributing to the evolution of learning techniques through ed-tech solutions. Currently, they are the Vice President at Educational Initiatives, leading large-scale assessments and pedagogy research studies.

Ritesh Agarwal obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, Humanities, and Leadership Studies from Ashoka University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History (Hons.) from St. Stephen's College, Delhi in 2011. Ritesh'seducation journey began at St. Joseph's School, North Point, where they completed the ISC program in Humanities and Social Sciences in 2008.
