Carmen Difrangia

Carmen DiFrangia, M.Ed., currently serves as a Special Education Supervisor at the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio since July 2022. Previously, Carmen held the position of Assistant Special Education Manager at Stride, Inc. from April 2018 to May 2022 and worked at Ohio Virtual Academy from August 2014 to October 2021, where roles included Assistant Special Education Manager K-12, Assistant Compliance Coordinator K-12, Lead Intervention Specialist, and Kindergarten Intervention Specialist. Carmen's early career included serving as a K-12 Intervention Specialist at Mahoning County Educational Service Center and as a Social Studies Teacher and K-12 Intervention Specialist at Summit Academy Schools. Additionally, Carmen gained experience as an Assistant/Intern in Law Offices. Academically, Carmen earned a Master of Education from the American College of Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Reading from Notre Dame College, along with other coursework in Special Education and Law. Carmen also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from John Carroll University.
