Karla Sikora

Karla Sikora possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, specifically in student services and special education. Currently serving as the Director of Student Services and Special Education at Marshall School District since July 2019, Karla has also held significant roles as a Special Education Supervisor and Administrator at Racine Unified School District since January 2018. Previous positions include Director of Special Education at CESA 2 and Academic Dean at West Allis West Milwaukee School District. Earlier in the career, Karla directed special education efforts at CESA 6 and collaborated with various school stakeholders to enhance student support services. Karla holds a Master's degree in Administrative Leadership from Marian University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
