Jerrica Plecker

Jerrica Plecker is the current Controller at Educational Services. Prior to that, they were a Payroll Associate at Omni Hotels & Resorts from May 2014 to August 2015. Before that, Jerrica worked as a Staff Accountant at Gibbons & Kawash, A.C. from February 2012 to May 2014 where they processed multiple payrolls weekly, assisted clients with payroll preparations, prepared quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, property tax returns, sales & use tax returns, accounts payable and accounts receivable. From May 2010 to September 2012, Jerrica was an Operations supervisor - Rooms at Marriott International where they supervised the Front Office Departments of front desk, rooms controller, bell staff, at-your-service operators, and concierge. Jerrica ensured smooth check-in/out processes, scheduling, handling guest concerns, creating personal relationships with returning guests. Jerrica also developed and updated hotel wide index of hotel and local surrounding information for both associate and guest benefit.

Jerrica Plecker has a Master of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Glenville State University.

Jerrica Plecker reports to Andy Shirk, CEO. They work with Mitch Craver - Director, Information Technology, Becky Tomaszewski - Client Manager, and Jocelyn Phok - Director, Operations.
