Allen Ross

Allen Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in the technology and e-commerce industry. Allen currently serves as the Head of Platforms and Integration Management at ETS, where they oversee shared platforms and drives increased margins for products and contracts within the ETS Assessments Services business unit. Prior to this, Allen worked at Pearson as the Vice President of Information Technology, where they were responsible for enterprise architecture, data and analytics delivery, and mergers and acquisitions. Allen also served as the Director of Architecture at Pearson, leading the enterprise architecture team and designing scalable platforms. Before joining Pearson, Allen held the position of Director of eCommerce and Self Service Development at ADT, where they directed a team in delivering a new user experience on ADT.com and MyADT.com. Allen also worked at Comcast as a Senior Product Manager, Principal Enterprise Architect, and Solution Architect, where they developed and enhanced eBusiness products and architected various solutions. Allen started their career at Computer Sciences Corporation as a Principal.

Allen Ross has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management from The Wharton School. Allen also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Penn State University. Allen completed the GE Financial Management Program (FMP) in Finance and the GE Information Systems Management Program (ISMP) in Information Systems. Allen completed their college preparatory education at Penns Valley High School and obtained a diploma. In addition to their formal education, they have earned various certifications, including Machine Learning and Deep Learning from IBM, Responsible AI: Applying AI Principles with Google Cloud from Google, and Generative AI Fundamentals from Google. Allen has also completed certificate programs such as Introduction to Large Language Models from Google, Inclusive Learning Experience Explorer from Pearson, and SparkEd - Innovation Participant (Metaverse) from Pearson. Allen is a certified Women In Technology Ally from Pearson and a Connection Tilt - Cross Pollinator from Tilt 365. Allen is also a Certified Data Professional from ICDP.
