Erika Scrimpshire

Erika Scrimpshire, PhD, is an experienced executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Digital Initiatives and Immigration at ETS since July 2024. Scrimpshire leads global business development efforts in the immigration segment and the DI channel, focusing on revenue generation and go-to-market strategies. Previously, Scrimpshire held various leadership roles at ThriveDX, including Vice President of Education Operations and Head of Instructor Success, optimizing digital skills training and significantly improving operational efficiency. Other notable positions include Director of Operations at Belmont University, Executive Vice President of Operations at MaxxContent, and Director of Education and Professional Development at SiteHawk. Scrimpshire's academic credentials include a PhD in Biblical Studies from Amridge University and a Master of Arts in Theology and Biblical Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
