Frederick McHale has extensive experience in psychometric analysis and research, currently serving as General Manager at Educational Testing Service (ETS) since October 2005, where roles have included leadership in Psychometric Analysis and Research, Assessment Innovation and Quality, and managing various research initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Assessment Research at the Graduate Management Admission Council from 1998 to 2002. Frederick holds multiple degrees, including an MA in Child Development from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Master's degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
