Jesse Miller is an experienced project and program manager at the Educational Testing Service (ETS), specializing in the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP). Since January 2007, Jesse has designed and managed the development processes for digital program needs, contributing significantly to the transition of NAEP reading assessments to digital delivery and leading content development efforts.
