Mandy Turner

Mandy Turner, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Assessment Operations at ETS and has extensive experience in educational assessment and leadership roles. Previously, Mandy held positions as Director at Passage Preparation, and as Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and the UVA School of Education and Human Development. With a focus on leveraging educational technology and leading accreditation processes, Mandy has collaborated with numerous educational organizations, including Anthology, Canvas, and Qualtrics. Mandy's prior roles include Senior Scientist at Perigean Technologies and Director of Assessment, Accreditation, and Accountability at the University of Connecticut. Additionally, Mandy has worked with the Connecticut State Department of Education and has academic credentials from Virginia Commonwealth University, culminating in a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology.
