Pamela Coleman

Pamela Coleman is an experienced education specialist with a strong background in educator quality and accountability. Since March 2017, Pamela has been self-employed as an Education Specialist Contractor, assisting with the development of documents related to ESSA guidelines. From August 2012 to the present, Pamela has served as the Director of Business Development and Client Outreach at Educational Testing Service (ETS). Prior experience includes the role of Director of Teacher Education and Licensure at the Kansas State Department of Education from April 2007 to July 2012, where Pamela led the professional educator licensure department and oversaw educator preparation programs.
