Rutuja Ubale

Rutuja Ubale is an experienced AI Engineering Manager at ETS, leading the design and delivery of the Synthetic Personas platform, which focuses on AI-driven behavioral simulation. In this role, Rutuja manages a cross-functional team to create LLM-powered persona bots and synthetic data generation engines that enhance product decisions and user experiences. Rutuja previously held positions including Managing Senior Research Engineer and Managing Senior AI Research Engineer at ETS AI Labs, where the focus was on developing advanced speech processing capabilities for language learners.
