Angel Wuellner has over a decade of experience in the performing arts and business development sectors, currently serving as the Business Development Associate Director at the Educational Theatre Association since February 2014, previously holding the position of Business Development Manager. Wuellner's role focuses on generating revenue through advertising and sponsorship programs while collaborating with various departments. Prior to this, Wuellner was the Managing Director at Depot Theatre from April 2012 to October 2013 and founded PromCon in January 2011. Wuellner's career began as an Auditions Department Associate at Actors Equity Association from May 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Northern Kentucky University.

The Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) is a national nonprofit organization with approximately 135,000 student and professional members. EdTA’s mission is shaping lives through theatre education by: honoring student achievement in theatre and enriching their theatre education experience; supporting teachers by providing professional development, networking opportunities, resources, and recognition; and influencing public opinion that theatre education is essential and builds life skills. EdTA operates the International Thespian Society (ITS), an honorary organization that has inducted more than 2.3 million theatre students since its founding in 1929. EdTA also publishes Dramatics, a monthly magazine for high school theatre students, and Teaching Theatre, a quarterly journal for theatre education professionals.
