Szu-Ju Chen

Szu-Ju(Sean) Chen is a seasoned professional in business development, currently serving as Business Development Deputy Director at Realtek Semiconductor Corp. since July 2025. Prior to this, Szu-Ju(Sean) held the position of Senior Partner Manager at 安謀國際科技 from January 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included driving ecosystem expansion and spearheading licensing for embedded platforms. Szu-Ju(Sean) also worked at Intel Corporation as Sales Manager from September 2013 to January 2023, acting as the primary contact for the Taiwan ODM team in the 5G sector. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Texas Instruments in various roles, including Business Development Manager, where significant revenue growth and market expansion efforts were achieved in DSP and C2000 product lines. Szu-Ju(Sean) holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from National Chiao Tung University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
