Julia Cuppy is an accomplished theatre educator and professional with extensive experience in teaching, curriculum development, and community engagement. Currently serving as an adjunct faculty member at Southern Oregon University, Julia specializes in Theatre Methods for preservice theatre teachers. In addition, Julia contributes as a Design Team Member for Arts for Learning Northwest, creating arts education programs for elementary students, and as a Teacher Leader for the Connected Arts Network, a project associated with the Educational Theatre Association. As a co-founder of Aggregate Collective, Julia fosters a community to support new artistic work. Previous roles include directing the Theater & Thespian Troupe at Grants Pass High School, founding ENSEMBLE WORKS to integrate theatre in education, and serving as a teaching artist and director of education at La Jolla Playhouse. Julia holds multiple degrees in theatre and education, including an MFA in Musical Theatre from San Diego State University.
