Monal Parmar

Monal Parmar is an accomplished entrepreneur and technologist with extensive experience in the tech and education sectors. As the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Educational Vision Technologies (EVT.ai) since April 2018, Monal leads a B2B SaaS startup focused on creating interactive learning content from video recordings to enhance accessibility and engagement in education. Previously, Monal transitioned a hardware startup into a software service model in 2022, initially offering a "hardware as a service" solution. Additional experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of California San Diego and contributing as a Product Manager at Ai Master. Monal's technical expertise was further developed at UCSD AUVSI, where skills in computer vision and machine learning were applied. Monal holds a Master of Engineering in Intelligent Systems, Robotics, and Controls, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, both from UC San Diego, alongside a STEM mentoring role at Mission College.
