Stephanie Mitra

Stephane Mitra oversees the company’s legal affairs, compliance program, and HR department as VP of Legal. She brings over a decade of broad legal experience working in both law firm and in-house settings. Stephanie began her legal career at a large Boston law firm, representing technology companies in civil and criminal litigation matters during Boston’s technology boom and later went on to represent organizations and individuals in labor and employment law matters. Stephanie has been with EducationDynamics since 2013.

Stephanie received her B.A. in History and Mass Communication from Buena Vista University and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) by the HR Certification Institute.
