Content Architect at Educative

Fakhar Lodhi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fakhar started their career at Vroom Technologies as a Member of the Founding Team, Solutions Architect, Center Manager, and Adviser to the President. Fakhar then went on to become the CEO of AXS Services (Pvt) Ltd. In 2002, they joined the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences as a Professor and Head of the Computer Science Department, where they worked until 2012. Fakhar then founded AxsKey and served as the Founder until 2017.

From 2016 to 2019, Fakhar worked as a Principal Consultant at CureMD, a leading provider of health information systems and services. During their time there, they collaborated with senior executives to improve software, service, and processes, resulting in significant improvements in productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and reduction in overtime.

Following their role at CureMD, Fakhar joined CureMD again in 2020 as the Director of Learning and Development. In 2021, they became the CTO of PrescribeNow, a position they held until 2022.

Currently, Fakhar is working at Educative, Inc. as a Content Architect, a role they started in December 2022. Prior to this, they founded Discreet Edge in 2018 and served as the Founder and CEO. Discreet Edge developed an inexpensive alternative to enterprise-grade HSMs, providing a secure solution for storing, sharing, and managing encryption keys.

In addition to their professional experience, Fakhar had a teaching role at GIFT University Gujranwala, Pakistan, where they served as a Professor of Computer Science since 2012.

Fakhar Lodhi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, from 1979 to 1983. Fakhar then pursued their Master of Science degree in Computer Science at The George Washington University from 1987 to 1989. Following this, they pursued further education at The George Washington University and obtained a Doctor of Science degree in Computer Science from 1989 to 1992.
