Huda Khan

Huda Khan has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Huda is currently working as a People and Culture Manager at Educative, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Global Leader at The Queen's Commonwealth Trust starting from August 2022.

From November 2020 to October 2021, Huda worked at Amal Academy. Huda held the positions of Senior Manager - Human Resources and Program Manager at the non-profit organization. During their time at Amal Academy, they facilitated and led Fellowship cohorts, trained and graduated fellows, conducted career counseling sessions, and managed the Fellowship team.

Before joining Amal Academy, Huda worked at Atheneum from November 2019 to November 2020, where they served as a Team Lead - Global Market Insights and later as a Senior Associate - Research, Recruitment & Mentoring. In addition, Huda worked as a Front Desk Officer at FAST-NUCES in 2014, where they were responsible for various administrative tasks and organized the convocation for the Graduating Batch of 2010.

Huda Khan completed their Master of Science in Management Science with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services at The University of Lahore from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA Honors) degree from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences from 2012 to 2016, with fields of study including Marketing, Human Resource Management, and Business and Related Supportive Services.

Additionally, Huda Khan has obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they completed the McKinsey Forward Program at McKinsey & Company. Huda also completed the Optimizing Engagement: Creating Higher Employee Retention and Improving Workforce Productivity certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in December 2022. In October 2022, they obtained the Polarities Management certification from Acumen Academy. In May 2021, they completed the Difficult Conversations by Sheila Heen certification, and in February 2021, they obtained the People Analytics by Prasad Setty certification, both from Acumen Academy.
