Eden Dahlstrom, Ed.D., CAE has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the education and technology sectors. Starting in 1998, they served as the Director of Instructional Services at the College of the Siskiyous until 2006. Eden then joined the Institute for Evidence-Based Change/Cal-PASS as the Director of Analytics/Researcher until 2011. Eden then moved on to EDUCAUSE, where they held multiple positions, including Senior Research Analyst from 2011 to 2013, Director of Research from 2013 to 2017, and Chief Research Officer from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they served as the Executive Director of The New Media Consortium, an international not-for-profit consortium. Currently, Eden is the Vice President of Professional Development and Membership at EDUCAUSE, where they provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to teams focused on member development, conferences and events, learning programs, member relations, and corporate engagements. Additionally, they held the role of Director of Academic Community Programs at EDUCAUSE in 2018. Throughout their career, Eden has consistently demonstrated their commitment to advancing higher education through innovative and effective use of technology.

Eden Dahlstrom, Ed.D., CAE, completed their higher education with a focus on educational leadership and administration. Eden earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis, from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology at California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. In 2005, Dahlstrom received their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree, specializing in Educational Leadership and Administration, General, from the University of Southern California.

Additionally, Dahlstrom obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in June 2023.
