EDUCAUSE
Emily Halstead Kendall is an experienced professional in higher education and student success, currently serving as Product Manager for Connect Services at EDUCAUSE since May 2021. Emily has a background in program management, having previously held the role of Director of Student Success at Mercer University, where strategies for retention and graduation were developed. With extensive experience in student programming, crisis management, and community engagement from positions at Young Harris College, Boston College, and Tufts University, Emily has demonstrated expertise in coordinating events and managing community platforms. Emily holds a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College and a BBA in Accounting and Spanish from Mercer University.

EDUCAUSE
