Anne Groschwald possesses extensive experience in early childhood education and management. From 1996 to 2010, Anne worked as a Pädagogin and Kita-Leitung at Städt. Kindergarten, followed by a role as Geschäftsstellenleitung at Kinderkrippen Zwergenstüble Freiberg a.N. from 2010 to 2011, where Anne focused on consulting, coaching, concept development, and personnel responsibility. Since September 2011, Anne has served as Gesamtleitung at educcare, overseeing both the operational and pedagogical aspects of the kindergarten program, and also holds the position of Regionalmanagerin, contributing further to the management of educational services.
