Esha Satam

Esha Satam is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Educe since July 2021, following a role as a Consultant. Esha's previous experience includes a position as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating a discussion class for 90 freshmen and mentoring students, thus enhancing leadership and presentation skills. Earlier, as a Near Peer Mentor at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, Esha instructed and mentored students in engineering basics and STEM enrichment. Esha holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at George Mason University, expected to complete in May 2025.
