Jeroen Merry

Jeroen Merry has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jeroen started their career in 2008 with an introduction internship at Tence Inzetbureau, where they gained knowledge about the staffing industry. In 2009, they worked as a student fundraiser and representative at Orbis medisch en zorgconcern, raising money for a greener area around healthcare institutions.

Jeroen then joined ING Nederland as a student consultant for personal leadership. In 2010, they worked at Limbourg & Partners as a student company recruiter, creating opportunities for students to enter the business world. Jeroen also had an internship at Wonen Limburg, where they focused on integral health management.

In 2011, Jeroen undertook a graduation internship at SmartCapacity B.V., conducting research on Het Nieuwe Werken (HNW) and interagent. Jeroen later worked as a trainee personnel consultant for change management at Licom, where they focused on workforce management as part of change management.

Jeroen gained valuable sales experience during their part-time job as a sales consultant and representative at Adidas Group from 2004 to 2014. Jeroen held various responsibilities, including team-captain and developing training material for merchandising and product knowledge.

From 2009 to 2014, Jeroen worked at Educom & Detacom as a recruiter and selector, assessing the potential and motivation of candidates. Jeroen later became the CEO of the company. In 2018, they became the CEO of Detacom Projekten en Detachering B.V.

Throughout their career, Jeroen has demonstrated their talent acquisition skills, using various recruitment technologies and strategies to attract and hire candidates. Jeroen also has a strong focus on understanding individuals' capacities and potential.

Jeroen Merry's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in People and Business Management from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012.

Prior to that, they attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2006, studying Orthopedic Technology.
