Vivian Ferrao is currently working as the Lead - Human Resources at Edulab since July 2022. Prior to this, Vivian gained experience in human resources at Quantiphi, AthenasOwl, and as a Cabin Crew at Jet Airways. Vivian is currently pursuing an MBA in HRDM from K J Somaiya Institute of Management after completing a Bachelor's degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University.

It has executed project like "US Cultural Immersion Institue " funded by the US State Department, India - China exchange program and BRIC Internship program for the Belgium Government. Edulab team are a group of committed individuals who together manage more than 100,000 students yearly. As a team we truly believe cultural know how and international exposure opens a childs vision to the beautiful world around us. It enable them to understand different cultures and beliefs system. We ensure cultural integration through our programs like INTERNATIONAL INTERNSHIP, STUDY ABROAD , GAP YEAR and INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERING. All the programs are designed to ensure students stay and interact with people from multiple countries. get looked after by our local representative in each country and finally understand and learn about local cultural and ethos, thus making oneself globally literate.
