Ben joined WJEC in 2021 as the strategic lead on all aspects of digital delivery, ensuring the effective application of technology across both internal and external services.
Prior to WJEC, Ben has held senior technology, commercial, and transformation roles across a range of regulated sectors. His most recent role was as CIO/CCO at Bristol Water, successfully transforming their customer experience.
