Sam Bechthold is the VP of Investments at Eduro Healthcare. Sam has over 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including Asset Management, construction, and investments.

Bechthold started their career in construction, working as a Superintendent for Okland Construction. Sam managed commercial construction projects in Utah, California, and Virginia. In this role, they coordinated sub-contractors, scheduled inspections and meetings, and ensured that all projects were completed on time and within budget.

In 2011, Bechthold transitioned into the healthcare industry, taking on the role of Asset Manager at Health Care REIT. In this position, they were responsible for managing a portfolio of senior housing and healthcare properties. Sam also maintained client relationships, performed financial statement and liquidity analysis, evaluated corporate management teams and properties, analyzed portfolio performance and risk, and made restructuring and disposition recommendations.

In 2014, Bechthold left Health Care REIT to join Eduro Healthcare as the VP of Investments. In this role, they are responsible for leading the investment strategy for the company. Sam also works closely with the CEO to identify new investment opportunities and provide analysis on potential acquisitions.

Sam Bechthold has a Masters in Real Estate Development from Cornell University and a Bachelor in Communication from the University of Utah.

They are on a team with Jim Marsh - CFO, Dustin Monroe - General Counsel, and Lisa del Valle - VP of Managed Care & Payer Relations. Their manager is Michael Bewsey, Managing Director.
