Meghana Kandhala

Meghana Kandhala has three years of work experience. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Communicative English Trainer at GRACE (Global Resource Academy of Communicative English). Meghana was responsible for training the aspirants on an integrated module i.e. soft skills, English grammar, and spoken English, as well as supporting the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants. From 2022 to present, they have been working as an Information Technology Recruiter at Edvenswa Tech. Her duties include understanding job descriptions and job specifications, identifying prospective candidates through portals, databases, personal references, and networking, briefing candidates regarding job descriptions, company profiles, and career perspectives, and conducting first-level filtering of candidates through telephonic interviews. Additionally, they have also been working as a Marketing Associate at FastCollab since 2022. Her responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting the marketing team, and doing day-to-day administrative tasks.

Meghana Kandhala received their Bachelor of Science degree from Aditya Degree College in Palakol. Meghana then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree from Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, Vishnupur, Kovvada Village, Bhimavaram, PIN-534202(CC-B0), with a focus on HR-Finance, which they are currently completing.
