Smita Kandiraju

Smita Kandiraju has worked in the Human Resources field since 2004. Smita began their career as a Recruiter at Perfect Manpower Consultants in 2004 and then moved to Emblaze Technologies in 2005, where they also held the role of Recruiter. Smita then joined GE Industrial as a Senior Recruiter in 2005. In 2007, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Analyst. Finally, in 2015, they became the Director of HR at Edvenswa Tech.

Smita Kandiraju obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Kakatiya University in 2002, with a focus on Computer Programming and Specific Applications. Smita then went on to Osmania University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resource Management, which they completed in 2004.
