Anika Robinson

Anika Robinson has extensive experience in technical and desktop support roles, beginning with a position as a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Team, where support was provided for hardware and software related to United Parcel Service. Anika advanced to roles such as Technical Analyst at EDS Group and ADP, offering support for General Motor dealerships and AS/400 communications, respectively. Currently employed as a Desktop Support Analyst at Edw. C. Levy Co. since May 2005, Anika has also evaluated social media for Appen from January 2017 to January 2024. Anika holds an AAS in Information and Computer Security from Davenport University and has furthered education at DeVry University.
