Andres De La Ossa

Andres De La Ossa began their work experience as a Lean & Process Excellence Intern at Johnson & Johnson in 2004. Andres then joined UBS as a Senior Associate in 2007 and stayed until 2011. In 2013, Andres joined EY as a Manager, a position they held until 2018 when they were promoted to Senior Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Edward Jones as a Principal, Operations.

Andres De La Ossa completed their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Miami from 2003 to 2007. Andres then pursued further education at Columbia Business School, where they obtained an MBA with a focus on Management and Strategy from 2011 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., as well as Series 7, 66, and Lean Six Sigma, although the details of when and where they obtained these certifications are not provided.
