Bria Field

Bria Field is an experienced financial and human resources professional currently serving as an Associate Financial Advisor at Edward Jones since September 2024 and as a member of the Athena Alliance since March 2022. Prior to these roles, Bria held senior positions at Crayon as VP of HR and Chief of Staff and at McAfee as Director of Chief of Staff and People Operations, among other titles. Bria's earlier career includes consulting at Hitachi Consulting and serving as an Executive Team Leader at Target. Bria possesses a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Oklahoma, where involvement included advising the Office of Leadership Development and Volunteerism, and is expanding education at Università di Siena.
