Jim Broadley

Jim Broadley is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in executive recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving at Edward Jones since September 2018, Jim previously held key positions, including Head of Talent Acquisition for LATAM and North America at Alexander Mann Solutions and Vice President of Recruiting at Wells Fargo Advisors. Jim also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Smurfit Stone and as a Recruiting Manager at Reuters. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1982 and 1986.
