Joshua Butler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and business financing. Currently serving as the Head of Retail Client Engagement at BlockFi since May 2021, Joshua has played a pivotal role in establishing and leading the global loan servicing business, achieving a >95% customer satisfaction score and generating significant revenue through innovative outbound campaigns. Prior to BlockFi, Joshua held various leadership positions at American Express from February 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing sales teams, launching financial products, and driving substantial portfolio growth. Joshua holds an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University, a BS in Communication Studies from Arizona State University, and a leadership certificate from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
