Lisa Suemnicht, CEBS, GBDS, is a seasoned benefits professional with extensive experience in employee health and benefits management. Currently serving as a Senior Benefit Analyst at Edward Jones, Lisa focuses on data extraction and report design related to member benefits. Previously, at Marsh McLennan Agency, Lisa held roles as an Employee Health and Benefits Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, managing diverse client portfolios, leading renewal processes, and negotiating contracts. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield, where oversight of benefit administration for over 14,000 employees was a key responsibility. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
