Seth Schaeperkoetter

Seth Schaeperkoetter has extensive experience in the financial services industry, primarily with Edward Jones since February 2004. In the role of Market Leader for Chicagoland, Seth is responsible for market-specific growth and efficiency, leading a matrix team and focusing on talent development. Previous roles at Edward Jones include Principal for Financial Advisor Talent Acquisition, where Seth managed the onboarding process for newly hired financial advisors, and Principal for Firm Analytics, providing analytical support for firm initiatives. Additionally, Seth served as Director of Financial Analysis and Canada Finance Leader. Prior experience includes a Finance Manager position at Deloitte and a Senior Accountant role at Arthur Andersen & Co. Seth holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University, earned from 1996 to 2001.
