Troy Schall

Troy Schall is a seasoned professional in recruitment and business development, currently serving as Principal Recruiter at Jobot since April 2023. Previously, Troy held various roles at Maxim Healthcare Group from January 2016 to April 2023, including Business Development Manager for New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as Healthcare Recruiter. Early career experiences include positions as HR Recruiter and Staffing Specialist at Experis/Manpower Group, along with a marketing internship at Unique Venues. Troy also gained international experience through an internship with CAPA International Education, focusing on marketing strategies across Europe. In addition, Troy competed as a team member with the American Collegiate Hockey Association, representing the organization in various European countries.
