Juan Alvites

Juan Alvites has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Juan has worked as the Director of Centralized Operations at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Division Leader - Independent Representative of PFS at Primerica since 2015. Juan also has experience as a Clinic Manager at UMass Memorial Medical Center from 2022 to 2023 and as a Senior Practice Manager at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Center Manager at MedPost Urgent Care from 2018 to 2020. Juan has also held leadership positions at Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc and Family Health Center, Inc, where they served as the Director of Practice Management and Medical Scheduling Administrator, respectively. Prior to their career in healthcare, Juan worked as a Recruiting Manager and Staff Recruiter at ET STAFFING Inc and as an Onsite Night Manager and Residential Counselor at McGowan House. Juan began their career as an Air Force Officer in the Peruvian Air Force, where they retired as a Commander after 16 years of service.

Juan Alvites has a High School Diploma in General Studies from Max Uhle, obtained from 1976 to 1980. Juan also has a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Science Administration and Aerial Photography from the Peruvian Air Force Academy, obtained from 1981 to 1984. Juan further pursued a Post-Graduate Course in Basic and Advanced Aerial Photography and Principles of Cartography from Defense Mapping Agency - IAGS-USA in 1987. In 1990 to 1991, they completed a Post Graduate Degree in Staff Management and Administration of Resources from the Peruvian Air Force - Superior Air War School. Furthermore, they obtained a Master's Degree in Administration and Project Management from the Peruvian Air Force - Superior Air War School from 1995 to 1996. Additionally, they received Professional Training in Supervision and Administration of Call Centers from E.T. Staffing, Inc in 2005.
