Michael McGee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael currently serves as the President & CEO of Edward Marc Brands. Prior to that, they founded MTM Consulting in 2019, where they provided business consultancy services with a focus on sales, marketing, and innovation consulting. From 2014 to 2018, they were the President & CEO of New England Confectionery Company, leading a growth-based turnaround for the confectionery manufacturer. Michael also worked at Mars Chocolate N.A. from 2006 to 2014, where they held roles such as Vice President of Marketing and General Manager Filled Bars. Before that, they worked at Kraft Foods Group from 1991 to 2006, holding various brand management and financial management positions. McGee began their career at Deloitte as a Senior Auditor and CPA.
Michael McGee holds an MBA, Magna cum laude, from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Michael also earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in MIS from the University of Delaware in 1987, where they were included in the Dean's list. Additionally, they engaged in executive education at Harvard Business School in 2013 through the Leadership in Unprecedented Times program. In 2011, they participated in the Global Business Consortium at the London School of Business and Finance LSBF.
